Touch Screen Rehabilitation

Now therapists can record patient treatments directly using a touch screen located in a convenient and accessible area. This eliminates the need to print and chart the Treatment records. Using a simple touch screen the therapist can record the treatments, times and results.

Recorded Treatments are automatically transferred as charges to the accounting system for invoicing. The charges can be posted and billed the next day. The treatments are processed by the Rehabilitation module for reporting and statistics.

Touch Screen CNA Assignment

Certified Nursing Assistants can record their activities and the resident's ADLs at Point-of-Care on a wireless Touch Screen as care is delivered. The results are transferred to the MDS in "real time" and is immediately available to the MDS Coordinator. The software features Daily To-Do lists and reminders of tasks not yet completed.

A direct MDS interface enable you to select the best ADL values to use when completing an MDS.

Touch screens can be mounted in a convenient location, or can be wireless tablets that can be carried or mounted onto a movable cart.

Palm Scanner for Nursing Supplies

Use a special Palm-device with a built-in scanner to record medical and nursing supplies use for a patient. The Scanner is portable and can be carried from room-to-room to capture the supplies as they're used. To upload the data to the main computer the scanner is docked and a single button is pressed to synchronize the data with the main information system.

The device reads barcodes printed by the facility or industry standard standard barcodes on the packaging. Reduce your labor costs and save time recording and handling patient/resident charges.

Vital Signs Spot Checker

Record all the basic vital signs of a patient in under a minute and transfer the reading automatically directly to the computer to update the eMR. The device is a high quality FDA approved unit to be used in hospital settings. The device features a wireless capability and the information can be captured by the a user with a standard PC notebook.

eDisplayer - Virtual Billboard

Create your own displays for projection using almost any desktop PC. Most graphical or video files can be scheduled and displayed according to the scheduled programming. A PC becomes a media player capable of handling any size screen, from large Plasma panels to small HDTV monitors. Recycle older PCs by using them to control electronic display panels.

eDisplayer will be integrated with many of our modules to present information in real-time. For example, the room occupancy for each nursing unit can be displayed on a large screen.

Barcode Ancillary Charges

Process patient and resident charges using a barcode scanner. Patient/Resident Charge Sheets are printed with the resident's account and the charge date pre-bar coded on the form. Nursing supplies are given bar coded charge labels. When a supply item is used for a resident, the nurse removes the label and places it on the pre-bar coded charge sheet. The Charge Sheet is sent to Accounting, where the sheet is scanned with a barcode reader to move the charges into the system.

Physician Computerized Order Entry

Our advanced Order Entry module, provides doctors and nurses to view and enter the orders using a wireless touch screen notepad and workpad devices.
