ADL is releasing a Patient-Family Portal to provide residents and families with secured access to portions of a resident’s EMR (medical record). Each Resident receives an account that can be access by a Family or authorized representatives. Once logged in the user has easy and convenient access to the resident’s personal Dashboard that displays their Active health conditions orders, assessments and treatment plans.

The functions can be accessed remotely using a industry standard browser. to the resident’s dashboard. Provide this service without compromising access to the facility’s operational data.
