Immunizations

The immunization module provides integrated management and reporting functions to provid reliable and compliant immunization tracking. It handles all first time, annual, boosters, and shot series. It tracks prior documentation of immunity, vaccination dates, and titer, and can send automated reminders to patients/residents who are due for re-immunization.

The immunization software tracks diphtheria, hepatitis A and B, meningitis, MMR (mumps measles and rubella), pertussis, varicella (chicken pox), pneumococcal (pneumonia), tetanus/diphtheria and pertussis (TDaP), typhoid, and herpes zoster (shingles). The module complies with recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Health Safety Network (NHSN) reporting requirements.

Our medical content team annually reviews CDC recommendations, and updates medical indications and contraindications. All notes, charts, and compliance data are made immediately available for reporting requirements.

The software reporting programs provide templates for standardized compliance reporting and tracking vaccine usage. NHSN report templates are provided for CDC/NHSN compliance reporting.
