Vital Signs: Monitor Key Health Indicators

Capture and Track Vital Signs

Vital signs measures the body’s basic functions.
These measurements are taken to help assess the patient’s general physical health, give clues to possible diseases, and show progress toward recovery. The normal ranges for a person’s vital signs vary with age, weight, gender, and overall health. The module is installed with the normal ranges for geriatric patients. Individual thresholds can be set on a case by case basis. Vital signs are recorded using the LOINC international standard coding system. Early warnings display alerts through the Interact / Dashboards.

Automated VS Monitors
The are an advanced, touch screen monitor featuring bright, vivid colors with minimal knobs or buttons for ease of cleaning—perfect for nursing care centers. The VS Monitors help clinicians dramatically improve patient safety and reduce the time it takes for vitals capture. A wide range of optional configurations are available to assist the clinicians to reduce/improve common challenges including falls, pressure ulcers, respiratory distress, EMR documentation, early warnings/detection, white coat hypertension and accuracy of vitals information.
