On-site, Hands-on Training

Staff development and training is critical to successful software deployments. ADL provides multi-discipline training for all the major departments of the facility and organization. Training includes hands-on courses, documentation and workshops instructions. Our Implementation program offers a unique ‘Train-the-Trainer’ series designed for facilities to develop internal expertise on operating and management the systems.

Webinars – Web-Based Training

As an added convenience, ADL provides remote online-interactive training and demonstrations allowing users to attend a virtual classroom using the Internet. Students can speak directly with live support staff as they view live demonstration on the use of the software.

Prior to every software update, users are invited to attend free online-webinars that review significant system changes that will provide added functionality and may impact they workflow.

Reference Library of Webinars – Video & Documents

Our Webinars are recorded and made available for users to view and study the material at their leisure. Additionally ADL maintains a large reference library of training videos and reference materials that have been found to be very helpful for facilities and users in developing their policies and procedures.
