You must be articulate, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You should be energetic, enthusiastic, and self-directed, with a mature, professional attitude, and able to quickly learn and document software applications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 yrs experience in developing end user guides and documentation; be prepared to submit samples of your work.
- Top-notch writing and communication skills are a must.
- Ability to grasp computing and workflow concepts quickly. Basic understanding of computer installation, configuration and use.
- Experience in using Software: Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, HTML4/5, Wikis, and Visio.

HL7 Tester
ADL Data Systems is currently looking for Health IT professionals to work in our Hawthorne, NY Headquarters.
We’re current hiring HL7 Tester to create and execute HL7 test scripts and use cases. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, able to react quickly to resolve issues and comfortable working closely with development teams during the design and development phases of the software life cycle.
Qualifications:
- Experience with software, quality assurance and testing (in healthcare IT preferred)
- Proven track record of success with test planning and execution
- Background developing test cases and script development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work through all phases of the system development lifecycle, with emphasis on software quality assurance
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a complex and diverse environment with multiple and changing demands
- Ability to collaborate with technical team members to understand functional requirements
- Ability to work independently and conduct self-directed research
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience in Health IT
- Experience with HL7 and other messaging standards
