Phase II Music & MemoryIs your nursing home not yet part of Music & Memory? Here’s your chance. DADS is expanding the initiative to an additional 150 nursing homes. To nominate your facility to participate in Phase II, complete this survey by July 22, 2016. Additional facilities will have an opportunity to participate in the final phase of the program in 2017. What is Music & Memory?The nationally recognized Music & Memory initiative builds on research showing the positive effects of familiar music on brain activity.
